Overview

This website (cyberscoreboost.com) is the public marketing site for CyberScoreBoost. It is operated independently of the CyberScoreBoost application. This policy describes how information submitted through this website is collected, used, and protected.

Information we collect

Information you provide

If you submit the demo-request form, we collect the fields you enter: full name, business email address, company name, and — optionally — job title and a description of what you would like to accomplish. Submitting requires confirming that we may contact you about your request.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data — such as IP address and request metadata — as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-protection provider, may evaluate device and interaction signals to distinguish humans from bots; this happens on Cloudflare's systems under their privacy commitments. We also use IP addresses transiently, in memory, to limit abusive form submissions. These addresses are not retained in our application database or written to application logs. (Our infrastructure providers' own retention of technical data is governed by their respective policies.)

• To protect the website from bots, spam, and abuse
• To operate, secure, and maintain the website

We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated profiling.

Third-party service providers

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security (Turnstile bot protection, WAF), and preview access control (Cloudflare Access on non-production previews)
• Resend — transactional email delivery; your form submission is transmitted to Resend solely to deliver the notification to our team
• Google Workspace — business email; delivered notifications reside in our Google Workspace mailbox

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose described.

Email communications

We will only email you in connection with a request you submitted. We do not add submitters to marketing lists automatically, and we do not send automated confirmation emails at this time.

Data retention

Form submissions are not stored in a website database — they are delivered as email notifications to our business mailbox. We retain those notifications for legitimate business purposes — responding to your request and maintaining ordinary business records — and for as long as applicable legal obligations may require. We do not set a fixed retention period because none has been established for this mailbox; we revisit this as our practices mature.

To request deletion of information you submitted, email[email protected]from the address you used (or identify yourself sufficiently for us to locate your submission). We will delete the corresponding notification email and confirm completion. Deletion from third-party providers' systems follows their own retention schedules.

Security practices

The website is served over HTTPS with security headers and a restrictive content security policy. Form submissions are rate-limited, validated server-side, and protected by bot detection. Preview (non-production) deployments require authenticated access.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies required for bot protection and, on preview deployments only, authenticated access sessions.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
